Green Line Beauty accepts Visa, American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Pay Pal. Credit card information entered in the site is secure and safe. Billing address must match your credit card number. We do not accept COD orders.

Shipping Information

Shipping Method:

All standard orders are shipped with USPS (under 1lb) or Fed Ex Ground (over 1 lb).  We also offer 2 day air and overnight delivery service with FedEx. We currently offer FREE standard shipping for all orders over $75 within the continental United States. For international orders, Green Line Beauty uses the United States Postal Service (USPS) Global Express Mail, which delivers your merchandise within 3 to 5 business days.

International Orders:

International customers payments must be made in U.S. Dollars only using a credit card Visa, American Express, or MasterCard. International Customer assumes responsibility for payment of any duties and taxes assigned by customs based on full invoice.

Order Processing:

All orders will be fulfilled within 24 hours of receipt of your order. Orders received after 3:00 PM PST are shipped the following day.

Backordered Items:

If your order includes backordered items, your order will be placed on hold until the backordered items are available to ship.

Returns & Exchanges Information

Return & Exchange Policy:

Green Line beauty guarantees our product 100%, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer you a refund or exchange for products that are in their original, unopened, and unused condition. All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the receipt of your order. If you receive an item from us that was damaged during transit, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt and we will replace the item that was damaged. Green Line Beauty recommends that returns be shipped by FedEx, UPS, or USPS. Refunds/Exchanges.

To make a return, please follow these steps:

  • Email orders@greenlinebeauty.com to request Return Authorization #. Please include a copy of your receipt, and the item you would like to return or exchange, Please tell reason for return and always include your phone number.
  • Once you have received your RA # via email, please send the return items with a copy of your invoice. Please make sure your return package has the RA# clearly marked on the outside of the return package. All packages without RA # and that cannot be identified will be returned to the sender. Please make sure that your packages are pre-paid, insured, and postmarked within 7 days of the order receipt date and send to:

  • Once we receive your return, you will receive a refund or status of exchange within 7 days. Please note that credit card refunds may take about 5-7 business days to appear on your statement. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
